These Terms & Conditions describe how you may use our website, platform, and services—including offline therapy, medical consulting, and legal consultation services—and set out the rights and responsibilities you and we have in that relationship. By accessing or using any of our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use our services.

1. The Role of Our Services
   THK brings together professionals (therapists, medical experts, legal consultants) and clients seeking support, guidance, or advice. Our services may include one-on-one consultations (virtual), community workshops, advisory consultations, educational webinars, and supplementary tools. While we endeavour to provide high quality support, our services arenot a substitutefor emergency, crisis, or urgent medical or legal assistance. If you are in crisis or in danger, you must contact appropriate emergency services.
2. Who Can Use Our Services
   You must be at least 18 years old to engage directly. Users under 18 may access certain services only with the knowledge and consent of a parent or guardian. When registering or accessing services, you undertake to provide full, accurate, and current information. You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials. Any activity under your account is your responsibility unless we can demonstrate otherwise.
3. Sessions, Communication, and Recording
   Sessions may occur via video or audio calls. To maintain excellence in service and protect our platform’s integrity, sessions may be audio or video recorded. These recordings are used solely for supervision, quality review, auditing, and to prevent inappropriate off-platform arrangements between clients and professionals. Such recordings remain strictly accessible only to THK’s authorized administrative personnel. Unless required by law or with your express written consent, recordings will not be shared with third parties. Confidentiality remains in full force—even in relation to recorded content—as explained in our Privacy Policy and your service agreement.
4. Your Conduct and Obligations
   You commit to interacting respectfully, honestly, and collaboratively. When booking or conducting sessions, you agree to timely attendance, honest disclosure of relevant information, and adherence to guidance from professionals. You shall not attempt to contact professionals independent of THK’s system or solicit them for private services outside our arrangement. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms, engage in misconduct (verbal, written, or digital), or act unlawfully.
5. Fees, Cancellations, and Refunds
   Before any session or service begins, you will be informed of the fees and payment terms. Unless specified otherwise, services are prepaid. If you must cancel or reschedule, you should do so at least 24 hours in advance. Cancelations with shorter notice or no-shows may incur charges equivalent to the session fee. Refunds (where applicable) will be evaluated case by case based on service agreements and cannot be guaranteed unless specifically provided. We reserve the right to revise service rates; any change will not affect confirmed bookings unless mutually agreed.
6. Confidentiality, Exceptions & Legal Duties
   THK and its professionals commit to strict confidentiality of client data. Nevertheless, in limited circumstances we may be legally obligated to disclose information—such as when mandated by a court order, in cases of credible risk of harm (to you or others), or suspected abuse of minors or vulnerable individuals. We will limit disclosure to what is strictly necessary. Within THK, information may be shared among our professionals for continuity and supervision, always within bounds of need and confidentiality protections.
7. Intellectual Property
   All content and materials on our website and platform—text, images, software, trademarks, and designs—are owned or licensed to THK. You may not copy, reproduce, or derive works from them without express written permission. If you provide feedback, suggestions, or testimonials, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free right to use them in improving our services (with or without attribution, as permitted by you).
8. External Links & Third-Party Tools
   Our site may include links to external services or tools (such as payment processors, analytics, or partner content). THK does not control these services, and you use them at your own risk. The terms, privacy practices, and availability of linked sites or tools are not THK’s responsibility.
9. Disclaimers & Limitations
   We provide services “as is” and “as available,” without warranties (express or implied) of suitability, accuracy, or non-infringement. While we strive for reliability, we do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the fullest extent permitted by law, THK and its professionals are not liable for incidental or consequential damages—such as loss of data, income, or opportunity. Our total liability arising under these Terms is capped at the amount you paid us for the specific service giving rise to a claim in the prior 12 months.
10. Suspension or Termination
    We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, default on payment, or behave in harmful ways. Termination does not relieve you of obligations accrued before termination. Provisions regarding confidentiality, intellectual property, liability limitations, and dispute resolution will survive termination.
11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
    These Terms are to be governed by Indian law. Prior to formal action, the parties agree to attempt good-faith resolution (including mediation). Should that fail, disputes shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of courts inHyderabad, Telangana.
12. Changes to These Terms
    We may update, refine, or modify these Terms over time. When changes are significant, we may notify you via email or site announcement. Continued use after the “Last Updated” date signifies your acceptance.
